How to make bread rolls 7 easy steps (Gust food post )

Hi this is Ella, Abby's sister.
Today I made a potato casserole tonight for dinner, I love cooking and try to make super hard things, most of the time they work out, and if they don't we still eat them, it tastes good even though it may not rise.
Today I am going tell you about my favorite kind of food to make and how.
Bread Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water
2 tsp of dry yeast
4 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 egg (beaten)

Equipment
1 small bowl
1 Large mixing bowl
1 tablespoon
measuring cup
Baking sheets
pastry brush

Step 1. Pour 1/2 cup of lukewarm water into a small bowl. Sprinkle in the yeast and stir gently until dissolved. Set the yeast aside for 5 minutes, to activate.

Step 2. put both types of flour and the salt into a large mixing bowl and mix together. Make a well (a large hole) in the center of the flour to make a well.

Step 3. pour the yeast and mist if the remaining water into the well and gently stir in the flour. Stir in the rest of the water if necessary, to make a soft dough.

Step 4. Turn the dough out on to a floured work surface. knead for 10 min. until smooth and shiny. Put the dough in a clean bowl and cover with a towel.

Step 5. leave to rise for 1 1/2- 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 425* F (220* C). punch down the risen dough with your knuckles.

Step 6. Divide the dough into 10 pieces. Dust your hands with flour and shape the dough into rolls. Cover the rolls and set aside for 10 min.

Step 7. Brush each roll with egg. Bake for 25-30 min. or until rise and golden.

I have made these rolls before and they are awesome! I hope you enjoy them too! :)

(I got this recipe from a cook book called 'Kids' fun & healthy cookbook by Nicola Graimes the normal recipe was called sunflower seed rolls but when I looked we had no sunflower seeds so I took them out and it can't be a sunflower seed roll with out sunflower seeds. so I changed the name and made them they where so good, I hope you like them, and you can add things like dried fruit and other things to make it what you like)
thank you for reading this post! :)
